about

Ahead of the March release of his Clarion EP, Ben Lukas Boysen shares new expansive and percussive piece Lux.

The track, which was composed straight after he finished work on 2020’s Mirage, sees Boysen open up and celebrate the beginning of a new chapter.

“Lux was the first piece I worked on after finishing Mirage. It’s one of those pieces that you start after you finished an important chapter — in this case an album — and that gives you this liberating feeling of a clean slate when it’s not connected to an album concept and just works within its own realm.”

His new EP Clarion, featuring remixes by Kiasmos, Mogwai and Foodman, will be available everywhere on March 18 both digitally and on limited edition 12" vinyl.
